Initiate Your Request
Contact our Hive Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the RMA form inside the box, then use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our facility.
Receive Refund
